Returns & Exchanges

At Kimbo at Home, we want you to enjoy every bite, but due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items or damaged goods within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all returned items are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for non-perishable returns.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your items in their original box, include a copy of your packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
